Join us at Octopus’ Beer Garden on Wednesday, September 30 at 5:30 PM for an intimate evening of great food, great beer and Michigan fall flavors as we welcome Bell’s Brewery for a special five-course beer pairing dinner.

We’ll begin the evening with a welcome pour of Oberon Eclipse, followed by five chef-created courses inspired by the flavors of fall and Oktoberfest season... each thoughtfully paired with a Bell’s beer.

FIRST COURSE Amber Ale French Onion Soup Rich caramelized onion soup made with Bell’s Amber Ale, toasted bread & melted cheese Paired with Bell’s Best Brown

SECOND COURSE Oktoberfest Potato Pancake Crispy potato pancake topped with bratwurst, apple-braised kraut & mustard crème fraîche Paired with Bell’s Oktoberfest

THIRD COURSE Chicken Schnitzel Crispy chicken schnitzel topped with blaukraut & lemon-dill mustard Paired with Change Of Heart IPA

FOURTH COURSE Porter Brisket-Stuffed Pepper Roasted pepper filled with smoked brisket burnt ends & white cheddar cheese curds, finished with Porter onion gravy & crispy onions Paired with Bell’s Porter

FIFTH COURSE Kalamazoo Beeramisu Our beer-inspired take on classic tiramisu featuring the deep, roasted flavors of Kalamazoo Stout Paired with Kalamazoo Stout

Your ticket includes the welcome beer, five-course dinner and all five accompanying beer pairings. Gratuity and Tax added at time of purchase. 

Seating is intentionally limited to just 48 guests, so advance ticket purchase is strongly recommended.
